Food is a central part of staying at Earth Connections and you can learn about all aspects of food from:

- growing your own food

- harvesting fruit and veg

- cooking in energy efficient ways

- reducing food

- cooking wholesome meals on a budget

- environmental issues around food

- tofu making

- producing fresh bean sprouts

- tempeh making

- cider making

As part of the residential experience, everyone gets the chance to help out in the kitchen, from harvesting fruit and veg to  preparing dishes and baking organic bread.  All our meals are vegetarian (If you're vegan, don't worry, we have over 20 years experience creating vegan meals). We use organic ingredients and locally grown fruit and veg as much as possible.

Dining is a communal, social affair with time taken to enjoy the freshly made produce, and each other's company.
