The Centre has been renovated and refurbished to make it as green and energy efficient as possible. It is the perfect venue for residential courses, holidays and as a demonstration centre. But being green doesn't mean we have cut out comfort!

There are 6 bedrooms - all very comfortable and elegantly decorated with period furniture. Visitors stay in single, twin or double bedrooms with own washbasins, and shared toilets and showers. We have restored the antique bathrooms, and have kept the large baths, but added in showers to conserve water!

There is a fantastic library with a wide range of environmental books, research papers, magazines and classics. Curl up in a comfy seat by the wood burning stove with a good book! The main workshop/events space is a beautiful sun -filled room with a restored wooden floor - perfect for films, discussions, games, singing, yoga and more...

Meals are vegetarian/vegan, made with fresh, organic produce and visitors will have the chance to help prepare food as part of learning about where our food comes from.
